Flaming Good is owned by Tony and Danielle. We’re two hard-working farmers from the Darling Downs, Queensland.
After struggling to make a living from the family farm we started Pizza Nights on our organic Olive Grove and these became a huge success.
We found that overnight the wood-fired Cob oven would hold a perfect roasting temperature. Using the cooling oven to roast our own farm-raised pork and lamb we began creating delicious and succulent roasts, with a rich depth of flavour we hadn’t experienced for a long time.
Fast forward several years and Flaming Good now caters at events and private functions all across Queensland, from private functions of 30 people up to 25,000 people at major events.
We now have a wide range of wood and charcoal-fired ovens creating delicious food including pizzas, fresh platters, BBQ’s, traditional roast with all the trimmings, spit roast and decadent desserts.
Together with an amazing team of very friendly hard-working staff, our trailers travel across Queensland to birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, family functions and corporate events.
We use only the finest and freshest ingredients sourced locally where possible.

Whether it’s gourmet pizza with seared in deliciousness, some pulled pork that’s been on the coals for 12 hours or a delicately flavoured slow-roasted lamb – they all taste incredible.

This is genuine “Paddock to Plate” gourmet catering.
Much of the lamb and pork we use is grown by us here on our organic olive grove. The beef we use comes from our butcher’s own herd.
We also aim to follow the ‘nose to tail’ process so that nothing is ever wasted and our special dishes reflect this approach.
